1. Apex Legends Mobile – Best strategy battle royale game for iPhone 13
The free-to-play game, Apex Legends Mobile is a battle royale game for mobile devices. The game is developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts. The game was launched on April 1, 2019 for iOS and Android platforms globally. The game is based on the story line of the hit multiplayer video game Apex Legends, but not directly linked to it.
The game has been developed keeping in mind the requirements of the player on the go. It is one of the few new games available on the App Store which have been developed taking into consideration the usability of touchscreen controls. The gameplay is much similar to PUBG Mobile with a few interesting additions in terms of new weapons and items which will be explained further in this article.
Apex Legends is a game like no other, and that’s not just because it’s the first battle royale to launch on a phone. It’s got all of the intensity of PUBG and Fortnite, but without the harrowing sense of isolation that makes the latter such a challenge to enjoy. Apex Legends’ core gameplay is fast-paced and smooth, shooting feels good, and characters are easy to pick up. The combat isn’t as twitchy or precise as PUBG, but there’s still plenty of room for skilled play.
Part of what makes Apex Legends so approachable is how familiar it feels: it’s a hero shooter (think Overwatch), with a roster of interesting characters who level up, earn new abilities, and customize their look with unlockable skins. 2. Mortal Kombat
After a long wait, the classic arcade game Mortal Kombat has come to the iPhone! Whether you’re a longtime fan of the franchise or just like fighting games in general, you’re sure to have fun with this one.
If you’ve ever played a fighting game before, you know what to expect. The game is primarily controlled with your left thumb. The up and down motions control your character’s movement, and the left and right motions handle your attacks. You can use simple taps to fire off punches or kicks, or swipe to pull off special moves. Your basic attacks are different depending on whether you’re standing, crouching, or jumping. As always, tapping on the screen makes your character jump towards the opponent.
The controls work well for most of the moves, but there are some limitations that are apparent when trying to pull off combos using more than two buttons at once (a common occurrence). For example, if you want to do a jump kick followed by a punch while jumping forward, it’s impossible to tap both buttons at once as they are too far apart on the screen. You end up having to tap jump first and then quickly tap forward and attack—which takes time and leaves you vulnerable to being hit by an enemy attack.
The fighting game Mortal Kombat has been around since 1992, the first in a series of games that pits fighters from the fictional realms of Earth and Outworld against each other in bloody combat. There was a popular arcade version of the game, as well as a successful movie adaptation starring Robin Shou and Christopher Lambert. The series’ first release on mobile devices, Mortal Kombat X: Mobile Game, has been met with positive reviews, scoring 4.5 out of 5 stars in the App Store.

3. Township – Best city-building game for iPhone 13
Luckily, our friends at Playrix have released a mobile version of Township that keeps all the fun and frolic of the original, with just enough changes to bring it over to your iPhone. In case you aren’t familiar with the game, Township is a city-building simulator that takes place in a virtual farm (if you’re picturing Farmville, forget it—this game is way more interesting).
The player is put in charge of expanding their farm and building up the town around it. You have to buy and sell crops, manage the town’s infrastructure and buildings, recruit workers to expand your workforce, and take part in seasonal festivals.
Players start off with a small farm that produces three crops: corn, wheat, and soybeans. The goal is to earn enough money from selling these crops to build up the rest of your farm and township for higher crop yields. You can also sell animals such as cows, sheep, chickens and pigs to gain more income.
Each crop has its own price at different harvest times—for example, corn might be 50 coins per bushel (a bushel is about 33 liters or 1/4 gallon) when it’s first planted but will later increase in price as it matures. Each animal has its own market value.

The idea for this game came from a tradition in which workers on the farm would get together, often during lunchtime or after work, to play a friendly game of cards. In this way, Township is as much about the experience of playing as it is about what you’re playing—it’s just a friendly game with friends.
The core gameplay of Township consists of three parts: growing crops, buying new buildings and completing commissions. Each part has its own rules and controls that you can find by tapping on each “i” icon on the bottom right corner of your screen. There are also achievements you can complete to earn special rewards!
Most importantly, as you build your farm and complete commissions, your income will increase—but if it gets too high without you spending some money, it will start to decrease again until you buy something! So don’t forget to check in throughout the day.
Township is a game that revolves around building up your own little town. You can turn it into a lovely place, or you can turn it into a dump—it’s up to you. You have the power to decide how your little town turns out.
The graphics are very nice, and there are many different things you can do to make your town unique. There is an in-game currency called coins that you earn by doing various tasks and that you can spend on different kinds of buildings.
These buildings provide different kinds of bonuses for your little town, such as extra coins each day or more experience for all the characters in your town. There is also an in-game currency called cash that can be purchased with real money.
It can be used to buy decorations for your little town and upgrades for the characters in it. It also gives you access to special characters that are not available otherwise, such as the president and a witch character. Township has been very successful in its gameplay—it was downloaded by over 1 million people within its first week of release!
Drawing inspiration from our favorite classic casual games like Bejeweled and Triple Town , Township is so much more than just another idle clicker—it’s an experience that captures the feeling of a relaxing weekend spent with friends at a cabin in the woods! I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do.

4. Marvel Contest of Champions – Best RPG-style fighting game for iPhone 13
Marvel Contest of Champions is a free to play RPG-style fighting game available on both Android and iPhones. The game is a little slow to start out, but once you get into the thick of it, it is a great time killer. It features a variety of characters from different Marvel flicks (Iron Man, Black Widow, Dr. Strange), comic books (Captain America, Black Panther, Spiderman), and many more.
The Marvel Contest of Champions game is an awesome addition to any Marvel fan’s phone. The game has a lot of great heroes and villains from all parts of the Marvel universe, each with their own abilities and powers and fighting styles. With over 50 different champions to choose from, there’s always variety and something new to play for. I find myself spending more time than I should fighting alongside my favorite Marvel characters and leveling them up through the game’s various modes.
It has an overall rating of 4.5 stars on the App Store and is rated 12+ for mild violence. The battles are not too violent; however, if you have a younger kid that wants to play this game they should probably be around 10 or older. If your kids are younger than this age group I would recommend reading through the tutorial with them before letting them play on their own.

The game is set in the Marvel Universe and uses many familiar characters from the comics such as Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, and Wolverine. You start the game by choosing a team with two of these heroes—there are about 20 different teams to choose from—and then you’re off to battle it out with other players online or in your neighborhood. You can customize your character’s abilities by using items you win during battles.
The coolest thing about this game is that it’s constantly updated with new content—new characters, new levels—and it’s free to play! There are some things that cost money—you can buy additional heroes so you can have more than one on your team at once, or you can buy specific items that give you an advantage in battle—but there’s a lot of free stuff too. I’ve played this game for a while now and I’m still not tired of it.
You can play against other people in real-time or wait your turns by yourself (which is nice if you want to take a break). One thing that I really like about this game is the controls; they’re easy to use and very responsive. It’s fun to unleash some of the special attacks that certain champions have—some of them are really cool! From what I’ve played so far, it seems like you can only upgrade a champion using one currency, which is disappointing because it means you can’t choose which stats you want to improve on your favorites.
Overall, Marvel Contest of Champions is a pretty fun game that fans of Marvel will love.

5. Puff Up
Puff Up is the most addictive game for iOS we’ve come across. In it, you control a little red puffball through a series of levels, of which there are 80 in total. You’ll have to avoid spikes and spinning blades, and save your friends from giant spiders. The controls are simple: you can move left or right and jump. The graphics are cute and retro-looking, but they’re also very well-made and enjoyable to watch.
It is a fun, colorful game that challenges your reflexes and your reasoning skills. The premise of the game is simple: you control a little white circle (your “puff”) with your finger to bounce it off of various obstacles and into the end zone, while avoiding various hazards. There are four game modes in Puff Up: Classic, Time Attack, Survival, and Multiplayer.
What makes Puff Up so addicting is its versatility. You can go at your own pace—it’s not timed, so you can take as many tries as you like at each level—but if you’re the competitive type, you can try to beat your high score on every level. Or if you just want to chill out for a few minutes, you can let Puff hop along at his own pace without worrying about the clock or your score. It’s great on a long car ride or when you need some time to yourself; it offers something for everyone!
6. Scavenger Hunt!
Scavenger hunts are a fun way to encourage people to get out and explore your neighborhood or town, and this one will ensure that you see all of the best places the city has to offer. The game consists of four challenges, each demonstrating a different use case for the app.
You might be asked to take a photo of a really busy intersection, or one that captures its spirit. You might be asked to take a photo of something specific—a menu item at a restaurant, or an interesting piece of graffiti. You might be asked to photograph several things in succession as you walk or drive along the route.
Or you could be challenged to find the best place for a casual picnic or coffee date with friends. All of these tasks will get you exploring your surroundings with your camera.
7. Block Craft 3D: Building Games
Block Craft 3D: Building Games is a fun and challenging skill game. The goal of the game is to stack as many blocks as you can, but you must do it within the time limit. As soon as you use up your time, your score will be calculated based on how many blocks you’ve stacked and their height. You can earn more time by reaching a certain score threshold. And the more blocks you stack in one go, the higher your score will be!
It’s like the classic Lego building games, but you get to create your own 3D structures. You can play solo or join with friends to build, demolish, and share your creations. It has a ton of features including many different block shapes, endless game modes, and a ton of interactive elements that can be used to make your structures more fun to play in.
In the game, you can design and build anything you want, using blocks. You can even make your own worlds for your friends to explore. In the game’s editor mode, you can choose from many different types of terrain and use a variety of materials such as grass, snow, sand, or even lava. You can also create monsters and animals to populate your creations. Once you’ve finished creating your world, you can share it with friends through Facebook or Twitter.
8. RAID: Shadow Legends
RAID: Shadow Legends is a free-to-play mobile game available on iOS and Android. You play as a secret agent who has to track down an evil villain called the Shadow Demon who, you guessed it, is causing trouble by creating hordes of monsters. You have to fight these monsters with your trusty sword in order to gain experience points, which raises your level and unlocks new equipment and characters. And there’s also a crafting system in the game that lets you use materials found during battles to make items like potions or weapons…also for free.
RAID: Shadow Legends is an iPhone game that doesn’t require much of a learning curve to get started. The controls are incredibly simple, yet the graphics are incredibly detailed, making for an interesting and enjoyable mobile gaming experience.
With its 3D graphics and smooth gameplay, RAID: Shadow Legends is a game that’s easy to get into. Within the first few levels, you’ll learn the controls and be able to start taking down your opponents with ease.
While “controls” might not sound like an important part of a video game, especially a mobile one, it’s actually the core element in RAID: Shadow Legends. You play as a character who has been tasked with defending the realm from evil forces, and you do this by taking control of dragons and leading them in battle against others like yourself. You can also play as other characters who have been charged with different missions that help to add some variety to the overall gameplay.
Shadow Legends features a strong single player campaign as well as a multiplayer mode where players can battle against each other or join together to fight through dungeons. Not only are there hundreds of different types of monsters for players to fight against, but there are also multiple quests that can be completed by teaming up with other players.
In addition to this, Shadow Legends features 25 different classes that players can choose from when they create their hero character. Each class has its own unique abilities and strengths. For example, one class is called The Penitent; this class uses a scythe to attack enemies while channeling the essence of shadows to inflict fear on opponents.
One of the most interesting aspects of this game is its real-time battle mechanics. I would consider RAID more of an action-RPG than a true MMO, since you’re controlling one character whose combat is displayed on a smaller scale than your typical MMO like World of Warcraft. However, RAID does have multiple players in each battle and they all work together to defeat enemies by taking turns attacking and getting attacked by those monsters…and it’s all fully real-time! The first few times I played the game I was genuinely surprised at how different this was from other games I had played before. It can be overwhelming at first, but it gives a more realistic feel to the combat because you’re having to respond quickly.
The entire game takes place on your phone screen—which may sound limiting, but it actually helps to create a world that feels immersive and interesting. You turn your phone sideways to play in landscape mode (like you would when reading a book), and then you simply tap the screen where you want your character to go or attack.
